Company Policy 7 Day cancellation Period
If I take your credit card information that means you have agreed to the 7 day cancellation period. If you cancel outside the 7 day cancellation that is fine there is no charge Unless we have done your itinerary for you.
The fee is $100, per tour date. If you are inside the 7 day cancellation period we will charge your credit card the full amount of the Service that you ordered. Please keep in mind that we only accept phone calls only or email cancellations. No text messaging us. That number to call is 707-255-5865 to cancel. Again all Bookings inside the 7 day cancellation period can be canceled but we will charge you card for the total amount of tour(s), less gratuity! If we did the itinerary on any tour and you cancel out of the 7 day cancellation period there still is a $100 non-refundable charge for the work it took to put the tour together per each day!. If you did the itinerary there is no charge. Please remember that communication is the key! We send out a confirmation email, we need you to read it and respond that everything is correct and send a reply email back to us. More than 7 days and no response we reserve the right to cancel. We can cancel under any condition, medical emergencies, vehicles breakdown, Drivers being sick or worse, Roads blocked just to name a few and not limited too. If you are doing the itinerary, it is a requirement to have it to us 7 days in advance of your tour day. If not we reserve the right to cancel “Forth With” if we choose too! We charge 3% for credit card use.
OUR BOOKING DOCUMENT Please Read: This is a time sensitive document! It needs to be filled out and sent back within 2 hours of receiving it, or the link goes away! We Cannot Hold Dates for you! We are a first come first serve business. This does not guarantee a spot on our schedule until it reaches our email box.
This authorization form along with your signature allows us to make and confirm your reservations at wineries or restaurants if we are completing your itinerary for you. If your credit card does not accept charges for appointments, you will have to give us a new card for booking our services before we put you on our schedule. If there are changes in your card status for any reason, please let us know and give us the new card info. We reserve the right to check the validity of your card! PLEASE CALL YOUR CARD COMPANY TO NOTIFY THEM OF YOUR TRIP TO THE WINE COUNTRY!
We have a 6-hour minimum for each day booked unless specified in writing! Overtime hours are continuous. All final charges to your account for us are made after services have been completed or in the event of late cancellation. We have a 7-day cancellation on all services and vehicles. Customer agrees to all charges from Napa Wine Tour Drivers (Sumup) or BV & Associates (Paypal) where payment emails come from. Transportation Charter Party’s. We charge three percent for credit card use!
Gratuity
Gratuity is 20% of the total of your service provided. It is automatically charged to your credit card unless you pay in cash. If you decide that the driver did an exceptional job and give the driver extra gratuity in cash, or to the drivers Venmo, Paypal etc. over and above the amount of 20%, that is on you the customer! We will not refund the extra gratuity. Thank you if you do!
Payments:
We accept Cash, Credit Card, Paypal & Venmo. No mixing of amounts like paying cash and credit card or Venmo. Either all cash or credit card, Paypal or Venmo! No more than 2 cards between guests. If you purposely give us a credit card that does not work or shuts access to your funds, you agree to all charges to collect what is due us including attorney fees! It could also be sent to the district attorney fraud division of Napa or Sonoma County for prosecution of. If you are an honest person, you have nothing to worry about.
For Our Company Vehicles Only!
There is a $500 to $750 cleaning fee for vomiting, bodily fluids, smoking, and/or loss of revenue! Customer agrees on all charges for any damages during charter and applied to credit card on file. No Minors may consume alcohol during charter. It is unlawful to stand while a vehicle is in motion.
Napa Wine Tour Drivers will not be responsible for purchases and put inside the vehicle or left behind. Please secure your wine purchases or anything breakable. Drivers do not touch your purchases. At your cost items can be shipped to you! Napa Wine Tour Drivers is not responsible for losses due to acts of God, driver sickness, immediate health issues or mechanical issues with our vehicles. We still charge for the time used in our vehicles. We will also try to get you another charter. No guarantees with getting other transportation. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate charter because of bad behavior, or no itinerary. Overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments. By the hour Wine Tours reservations are priced at predetermined pick up and drop off locations. Transfers/Airport transportation are one price. If there is wait time it will be charged by the hour. All by the hour tours are continuous.
Driver For Your 11-15 Passenger Rental Vans. We do not drive 11-15 passenger rental vans. If you tell us, you have one vehicle and then show up with an 11-15 passenger van. Your tour will be cancelled, and your credit card charged. Or you can go and get the proper vehicle which is no more than 8 people including the driver. Seriously we do not have the insurance and proper commercial licensing to drive these large vans. Only our own.
Itineraries:
If we work on your itinerary, you agree it is $100 a day OR! One 5 STARR review posted on one of our social networks for each day. The review must be done within 24 hours of completion of the tour. If not, you agree for us to charge your credit card for $100 for itinerary service for each day.
Itineraries and other needs handled through email only! If we build your itinerary with or without your list and we complete it, there will be no changes unless you make the changes. This includes cancellations. If you cancel the tour outside the cancellation policy, there is a $100 dollar a day fee for work we done on the Itineraries. Or! Post a 5 Starr review on of our three places, Google, Yelp or Trip Advisor!

Drinking of alcohol
We do not allow you to buy alcohol of any kind and drink in our vehicles. Our vehicles are not set up to prevent you from at a minimum of touching the driver. We do not have vehicles with closed off section which is the requirement.
Mistakes on the Confirmation emails.
We send out a lot of confirmation email and every now and then there is a mistake. The subject line is where the mistake happens. The body of the email, the cost, chauffeur, your vehicle, our our, days of your tours are always correct. It is up to you as a guest to have any discrepancies corrected. This is your trip. You want it perfect and not to have any issues. Please read the confirmation and reply back that everything is good or not.
Credit Cards Information & Charging
We require a credit card to book your tour or services. If your card does not work, as in will not process the payment or wrong numbers etc. etc. Your Wine Tour is cancelled immediatley! If your date is still available, you have to give us a credit card that will accept charges. We protect your information and all info is kept at the office. We do not carry your credit card info with us. On the day of your services with us we will run your credit card and the end of the wine tour with a swiping device. Invoice must be paid before you leave town. No exceptions. If you are going to the airport in our vehicle. Invoice paid before travel. for disputes if needed we call the authorities. This will be by Paypal, Sumup or the office equipment. Our choice! If we have no internet at the time of settling up the charges, we require that you let us take take a picture of the original card or another card to verify that everything is correct. The pictures are taken back to the office and run your credit card for the amount charged on the tour. This is not an option this is a requirement for our protection and to verify your info. We reserve the right to Check your card for validity. Or Process the Card at any time inside the 7 day cancellation and even the day before your scheduled tours. Then the information is deleted. Our paperwork and website speak for us. That is why we make you sign paperwork before you start drinking unless you cancel your reservation. Any false information, arguing about giving credit card information or tour charges will resort in the police or sheriff being called. We will let the authorities settle settle the argument. This is one of the reasons email is the only form of information and confirmations. We do accept phone calls, but you have to confirm by sending an email to us!
Wrong Vehicle:
In the beginning of discussing your wine tour and us possibly driving your rental Vehicle, we ask you questions pertaining to the size of the vehicle and how many people can legally fit in your vehicle. Please Note; We cannot legally drive rental large passenger vans that have seating for 11 or more passengers. If you tell us that you are bringing the proper vehicle and then knowingly switch to a passenger van ( that we cannot drive legally) or a vehicle that does not have proper seating for you and the driver. Your tour will be cancelled and your credit card charged for the full amount of the days booked minus any gratuity not earned. If you are changing the size of the vehicle you need to email or call immediately to inform us of the change.
Pick ups & Drop offs
Our Gas pricing is based on our office to City Limits around any town. If you are up in the hills we charge more for gasonline. We are a Point A to Point B Limosuine Service, Not a Taxi Service. If you have other people joining your party they all have to be Picked up and dropped off at the same address listed on our contract. NO EXCEPTTIONS!
Itineraries Specifically! Please do not drop your itinerary in our lap and expect miracles!
- We need a minimum of 60 days in advance if you ask us to make appointments effectively with your list for your itinerary we will. But again no guarantee’s on Itineraries. We charge $100 to make your appointments or a 5 STARR Review. If you make less than a 5 starr review, and content, you agree you will be liable for the cost of getting rid of the review or change it. There is no guarantee’s on getting the winery appoiintments you want! If you have a list please EMAIL ONLY to us! Email is part of your specific record and reliable. Please, no texting winery lists to us because it does not get the needed attention that an email gets. If you have to call us with it that is OK, But you will still have to email new info also. After the itinerary is completed any/all changes will be made by you! Including cancellations!! This is a free service. Please do not abuse it!
- In order to do this properly please be ready to answer additional questions by email, text and return a phone call. If you are not used to return emails or text messages and phone calls, this could lead to problems. Cancellation is what will happen!
- If you do not have a list we can create one. We are not going to be sending you a list of wineries to approve. There is no time to do that. We are not doing research for the lowest priced tasting fee’s or bottles of wine! Our list of wineries will be awesome! Please remember that if you/us make appointments at wineries, or restaurants, they may charge your credit card!
- Please note: After we complete the itinerary the only changes that can be done will be by you. Including cancellations of any kind!
- Generally! We cannot guess what you want or what you want to spend for tastings and bottle pricing. Please tell us. Please do not tell us that you do not have a list and then give us a list, then start making appointments! Or tell us that we have to cancel the reservations that we already made? You need to change it because we want to sleep in! Or I have one more person to add to our wine tour. The stories are endless. This happens all the time. Please, either you do your itinerary or let us do your itinerary. No, we do not call and discuss each place or the places we pick. Just give us the pricing parameters. That is why you fill out the contact form at a minimum. Our Itineraries will be awesome. Also please remember that if you are coming to Napa or Sonoma to save money! This is the wrong vacation stop! Once an Itinerary is completed, the only changes can be made by you. With that in mind, please remember that we leave here and work here. Do we have problems? Yes once in a great while we make mistakes, we are human! But we try and fix or limit those mistakes.
- An itinerary should have as follows for Wine Tour services. The place you are staying for pickup and drop off, and is the same place we park our vehicle to come back to that evening being a Designated Driver only. Reason is we have no way back unless we take a cab at your expense. We need a complete confirmed list of wineries or places you want to visit. If you want to go to a another place let the driver know the place and there is a good chance we have been there. I reemphasize that it is very dangerous here trying to cross roads. Please remember it is your wine country trip, but, If you ask me to make your itinerary and cancel the itinerary that you ask me to make without discussing your changes. I will charge you for my hours for my wasted time or do not change the itinerary. This is if you cancel your wine country trip. One more item that should be noted. If you want me to do the itinerary that is good. I will be mutually understood that we do not research the costs associated for wines or cost of tasting fees. If we do it is $500 per hour for research.
- We are a Paid Driving Service and not a PAID concierge. This is a free concierge service. We help with itineraries and sometimes make them. It takes time and major effort sometimes. Please do not abuse this simple process!

Changes in the itinerary.

No changes can be made inside the 24 hours of your tour date or pickup spots for you. For lots of reasons.
- If you do not have an itineary please do not blame us becasue your day did not work out for you. Call the office for help if you are here with out an itinearay. When you choose to do nothing, Nothing will Happen!
Hours Used
First of all, the minimum hours are continuous! We do not do split shifts or hours for any of the wine tours. When you book a 4, 6 & even a 10 hour wine tour and you decide to end your day early, the hours you agreed to before the tour started is the hours that we charge for! No Exceptions! If you go over the minimum hours is the same rate plus gratuity! Chauffeurs are not allowed to make financial changes in hours or rates!
Email Confirmations
Please check the email for all errors that we can make. We are not perfect and make mistakes. That is why we send the confirmations. We do not put your tour on the schedule until you send a confirmation back that everything is correct or tell what needs to be corrected.
Chauffeurs & Complaints
- Your specific driver will call first, and leave a message if you do not answer the phone call. Then he/she may text also. If you do not have contact from your driver the night before or after 7 pm, please call the office. 707-255-5865
- If you have a complaint about the way the chauffeur is driving and you feel unsafe, please call the office immediately. Our remedy will be to replace the driver if there is another driver available or the other option is take you back to the hotel. There will be no charge for the time you have used! We will try and get you another service at your cost.
- Keep in mind we value your safety and that is the most important thing. So the timeliness of your complaint is the most important thing and decisions rendered.
- It is very tough to drive in the Napa County. The best decision you made was to hire a driving company to keep you safe. Keep in mind that our drivers are out there with all the other people who are drinking and driving. Alcohol makes some people make poor decisions and thinking is mostly flawed. Keep in mind the traffic and weather conditions at the time of any incident.
- BAD BEHAVIOR OF GUESTS. If you are really drunk and causing problems, ectreme foul language, or threatning the other guests or the driver. OUR REMEDY is to take you or the whole group back to the Hotel or B&B you or staying and charge your credit card including tip. If bad enough we call the police or sheriff to remove you from the tour. The driver has authoirity and our blessing to make that decision if they feel unsafe or has been threatened.
- We cannot be blamed for traffic and traffic accidents. If we are late please call us. Only two reasons why we would be late. Traffic Jams and accident to our vehicles. You agree to not hold us responsible for either. We have no control over the way other people drive. If it is an accident we will make every effort to get you another vehicle if available.
- 7/10/2024. It must be reported immediatley if you detect damage to your vehicle after it has been turned over to you at the end of the transportation. We take pictures before and after the the transportation is finished. We walk around the vehicle with you and point out damages if any. Keep in mind that when we give you the keys our responsibility is done when we leave the place your staying.
Sub Contractors
Sometimes we use sub contractors for overflow and collect a commission from them. We only work with companies that share our values in customer service. We reserve the right not to share that info unless there is a major problem. Good News. There has never been a problem. We Vette all driving companies to confirm that they have Licenses, insurance and that they operate legally!
Items left in our vehicles
If you leave your cell phones, wine, keys or other items purchased during the day. You are responsible for the care of those items. Including making sure you take everything with you.
If we find those items we will contact you to see if you want Napa Drivers to send or ship items to your or where you want them to go. Yes you have to pay for the shipping. If you want us to drive and bring the items to you there is a charge. Best way is to see if you can get Uber or Lyft to pickup and bring to you. We are very happy that you used our company but we are not responsible for your merchandise. We will keep your items for 15 days!
