You get to chose! Please remember there are restrictions by others not us! The best way to plan your itinerary is to start 90-120 days in advance. We are not trying to make you feel terrible by saying that if you are inside 30 days or less, we cannot guarantee that any of your winery choices will be made. JUST A PROVEN FACT!
We have a fantastic free itinerary below you should consider. Place to stay in the Napa Valley, or Sonoma first. 2. Make a list of wineries of the places you want to visit. When that list of wineries is completed, start making appointments! All appointments now pretty much are appointment only in the Napa Valley. If an appointment is not required at a place you are interested in going, please ask for an appointment. If they say an appointment is not required, then ask yourself “Do I really need to be in a crowded place”. In any event those are tasting rooms usually! The best itinerary is 2 Wineries and a Restaurant Lunch or 3 wineries and a deli lunch. A forth winery! Whey wreck your day and night?
Things That We Do Not Do;
Please do not get mad or upset when we tell you that if you are inside 30 days of your wine tasting tour, you may not get most of your list booked. We do not guarantee you will get into the places you want. If you ask us to build your itinerary please keep a couple of things in mind. 1. This is a free service, tried and tested and we are good at making appointments if there are wine tasting times are available. 2. If you do not have a list of wineries and ask NapaDrivers.com to build your itinerary, we are not going to put a list for you to approve! Just tell us how much for tasting fees and bottles of Cabernet! 3. Now that the Napa Wine Country is “appointment only” a lot of wineries are very busy. They have created their on sence of URGENCY and most likely if you are inside 30 days of your date. You may not get your winery choices and tasting times. 4. We are not going to do research of wineries for the cheapest everything, search for dry or fruit forward wines. We do not have the time or the resources to do this. Please remember this is a free service! Try not to abuse it please!
5. If you pay us to do research for specific needs at a winery we charge $50 an hour to put that list together.
6. Please try not to send us a list of wineries that you have picked the tastings that you want at the winery you want! Please make your tasting time since you are on the winery site! Please do not ask us to make those appointments. It takes a lot less time to make the appointment than the research. But we will try and make your apppointments as long as you understand that here is no guarantee that inside 30 days of your tour date, you will get into the wineries or the times you want. Some wineries change the tastings and times all the time. By the time you send that list to us some of those wineries will have been taken. There always will be several guests ahead of you for the itinerary process. If you are inside 30 days of your tour date it is a lot harder. But we will try. Just please be patient. There is always some in front of you.
7. Changes in you itinerary. After the itinerary is done all changes to the itineary have to be done by you. We do not have time to go backwards. So make sure we have the complete informaton for your itinearary. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee winery reservations.
8. If you get involved making appointments while we are working you itinerary, we stop working on your itinerary period and you will have to finish it. Only you or Napa Drivers can make the appointments.
Trying To Save Money!.
Forget that idea. Seriously folks, if you come on a Napa Valley Vacation and trying to save money. That is not going to happen especially if you want to taste excellent wine. I know what I am talking about. If you do not care about tasting great wines, then there are some deals out there. We will not tell you about those wineries. When you start your itinerary, you will understand about how expensive these tasting fees are and bottles of wine. We do not get paid to build itineraries. It can take up to 6-8 or more hours for 3-4 wineries. Especially inside 30 days of your tour date. So check out our list below.

The Best Free Itinerary
So below is a free itinerary for three wineries in one day. Maybe two days. Fortunati Vineyards, O’Shaughnessy Estate Winery, Neal Family Vineyards, Varozza Vineyards, Sequoia Grove, William Harrison. These are awesome vineyards. I love all their red wines. They have whites also. If you have a more definitive taste, then we can build the itinerary for you. If you cannot afford these places, may I make a suggestion that you should go on a different vacation. If you are on a tight budget this is not the vacation for you.
WHAT IS THE MOST MISSED APPOINTMENT IN THE NAPA?
DINNER! After your place to stay is completed, and you have your wine tasting itinerary is completed, then make your dinner reservations for the days needed. If you make them in advance there should be no problems getting the times you want. Generally and I use that term loosely, between 4-6 pm are usually open even in the high season. After 8:30 pm, are usually a lot of times to book dinner reservations. Please do not make a reservation and not show up. Restaurants only have so much time to make there monthly expenses. If you cannot make the dinner/lunch reservation, please give the courtesy of calling and cancel! I will have the answer to the question above!
Transportation
This is a very important part of your itinerary! You can come on vacation and go home on probation! That is right folks. There are a lot of DUI’s here in the Napa & Sonoma valleys. There is all sorts of transportation in the Napa & Sonoma Valleys. The company you choose should be Licensed (with a TCP license). A transportation licensed is required by the State of California and in fact it is required in every state in the United States. We are licensed to do Designated Driving (of your vehicle) & we have our on vehicles. There a really some good/bad stories of people choosing unlicensed transportation companies. We usually have a list of people we work with and can most of the time do last minute requests.

Poor Planning On Your Part Does Not Constitute An Emergency On Our Part!
In order to do this properly please be ready to answer additional questions by email, text and return a phone call. If you are not used to return emails or text messages and phone calls, this could lead to problems. Please do not tell us that you do not have a list and then give us a list, or say where is my itinerary I have to cancel the reservations I already made? You need to change it because we want to sleep in! Stories are endless. This happens all the time. Please, either do your itinerary or let us do your itinerary. No we do not call and discuss each place or the places we pick. That is why you chose to trust us do it and if you fill out the contact form at a minimum, things will be awesome. Also please remember that if you are coming to Napa or Sonoma to save money! This is the wrong vacation stop! Once an Itinerary is completed, the only changes can be made by you. With that in mind, please remember that we leave here and work here. Do we have problems? Yes once in a great while we make mistakes, we are human! But we try and fix or limit those mistakes.
